The internet is a wonderful resource for all kinds of information, including recipes. Even if you don’t subscribe to cooking magazines or have a shelf full of cookbooks, there are innumerable recipes available to you with a few clicks of the mouse.

Epicurious.com has a section devoted to healthy recipes, which you can narrow by the type of recipe you’re looking for (breakfast, lunch, snacks, vegetarian, etc.).
MyRecipes.com lets you search through recipes from the magazines Cooking Light, Southern Living, Health, and Sunset.
The Food Network website also has a special section on eating healthily. Check out the features on vegetarian cooking and diabetes-friendly recipes.
Of course, we can’t forget the blogs! Search for “recipes” or “cooking” on del.icio.us or Technorati to get inspired by all kinds of recipes and tips.
